Private Estate Blueprint

Purpose of the Service

The Private Estate Blueprint is designed to provide a detailed, structured strategy for your estate.

The aim is to move beyond identifying issues and to define a clear, coordinated plan outlining how your estate can be structured more effectively.

What This Includes

This service includes a detailed review of the information you provide, followed by a private 60–90 minute strategy session.

You will receive a written Blueprint outlining:

  • Key areas of inheritance tax exposure

  • Structural considerations and opportunities

  • A prioritised implementation roadmap

  • Sequencing of actions and decision points

This Blueprint is a strategic document designed to guide implementation and decision-making.
